Chiara Rolando and Alice Battaglia: two minds join to turn an idea into a business. The Academy of Fine Arts was the cradle of the “Krearte” art project (2002), an art lab where experimentation with new materials ideally combined with art.
Instant success and a curiosity for colour, shapes and aesthetics provided a stimulating path: resin surfaces as decorative and furnishing elements. Floors and walls came to life in space.

In 2007 Chiara and Alice embarked on the “Pulkra” project and it was while working as art directors on this that they began to feel a compelling need for something more ambitious: 2009 led to the birth of Qubico, a space where anything turns into an opportunity and aesthetics and professionalism become the very fabric of the new concept areas. Furniture, surfaces, objects and design co-exist in a single fascinating idea.

From the very beginning graphic designer Simone Arnaboldi proved to be a valuable addition to the team, to which he validly contributes with his artistic and creative flair. Now we are ready to surprise.
